With InDesign CS on Windows XP whith VB 6.0

It seems to have a problem with the merge methos of an cell.
when you want to merge two cell, you type this
Set oCellMerged = oCell1.Merge(oCellToMergeWidth)

This method return the merged cell.
But if you test really, it's not the merged cell that's return but the oCell1
It's simply to verify by checking for example the width property.

Anyone have the same problem ?
Does anyone has a workaround ?
