Do you have Photoshop? If so, the simple solution would probably be to open the PDF or the saved tiff in Photoshop or another image editing program like it and resave as a new tiff file. If that doesn�t work, I don�t think there is much else I can suggest other than to possibly rephrase the question and ask in the Acrobat forum� This forum tends to get very little in the way of traffic and most of it is directed at the �PLEASE UPGRADE OR UPDATE IT TO OSX� discussions.
