Hi I am new with the software adobe illustrator 10 and have a question. I made a logo for my company with the line tool and everything looks good. I want to add color to the logo but no matter what I try it wont let me select the squares and color them. the thing is I recently had photoshop and was trying to make the logo before I bought illustrator and made the same logo and it let me select it with the magic wand and color it. so I know it's possible. please refrain from laughing as I know this is probably really easy for some of you.
