Hey folks, So I'm sending out a 6 page email blast (really it is just going to be a long scrolling page, but we are calling it 6 pages when we refer to it). I created the graphics in 6 separate photoshop files and at first, to quickly set it up, I just strung together 6 large images. Then I spent this morning slicing the images and putting them into tables hoping that if I used the same background and tiled it, and used gifs for the text I might gain a size advantage. After all that, I'm having trouble with the tables, first IE was displaying correctly and not firefox, now it's the other way around. I did a test and saved my 6 pages each at jpeg quality 50 which is the quality used on the jpegs when I sliced, and my collective file size is only about 30k larger.... Given that, is it worth it to spend another 2 hours fussing with my tables? Or should I just use the whole pages??? Thanks, Stan
