My HTML skills are pretty rudimentary... for example I can "usually" win when I battle with nested tables. I currently have one web site live that I exclusively use Verdana, size = 2. I find Verdana displays well at this size on both the Mac & PC. For a new site, I've been tempted to play with CSS, and go with a slightly reduced font size... maybe 80% or so. I've read a ton of the "CSS: Pros and Cons" papers online. Personally I like tables, but this could be a reflection of my own skills. The idea of being able to still use Verdana, but at a slightly reduced size (and slightly increased leading) is tempting. I don't want to make text so small that older potential customers have an issue with reading my text. How tough is is to incorporate a CSS style into a table full of text? (sorry if this is an obvious question). I'm using GoLive 4.0.1. I also want to make sure the CSS will display properly on most browsers. My other option is to simply continue using the old standby, Verdana, size = 2. Any thoughts on this appreciated. John <http://www.ztrains.com>
