Just to expand a little, I would agree that tables are definitely the way to go as compared to a layout grid. But, more-and-more, the "pros" are using layers (aka DIVs, CSS) in place of tables to create complete sites. CSS creates much cleaner code, is easier to update, and much more flexible. Of course, there's a bit more of a learning curve involved, but the results are worth it. I've never used layout grids but have heard that layers and grid combos are a no-no and you very likely with encounter problems. ~JCK
