Well, I use ASP includes. It depends on what type of hosting plan/server you are running on whether you can use it. On one of my hosting plans I use ASP includes and it's running Linux, so you can use them anywhere if the server is set up correctly. Anyway, one way to test this is to just try it and see. Insert this code into the "yearbook" page where you would want the header to be. Just change the file you are including to be the header file, and see if it works: < ! -- #INCLUDE virtual="yourheader.htm" -- > (remove the spaces between "< ! --" and "-- >") Keep in mind, an include will just be a regular part of the page... It will not act like the frame you have at the top of the page. You could always repeat the nav in a footer, or enable a #TOP anchor on the page to bring you back up quickly. In this case, with a well designed page, you shouldn't need frames at all, IMHO.
