I realize that this may be a silly newbie question, but are there any tutorials for this? I'm an editorial person, but someone has requested that I make a wireframe example of a new idea that I had for a new feature. Do I need Illustrator to do this or can I use Photoshop? Also, I have no idea where to start as far as figuring out the scale. Do I save it as a PDF so that people will be able to open it? I'm at somewhat of a loss here. Any help would be appreciated.
