Hello, I have a lot questions, and I need a guru (please don't jump on me if this isn't the right forum, I tried to post this in the right place). Basically I am a young designer and I work for a small expanding company. My job is to maintain our screwy web site, and create our catalog, I've been doing this by hand in illustrator and by flowing csv files into InDesign via InData.

First off on our web site, we are going to scrap it. We need a custom web site that is fully customizeable, I have no training in web development and I assume I will need to get and learn coldfusion, dreamweaver and flash. But I don't know if there is anything else I would need to know, we are adding a bar code system to our stocking system (MAS90), its all really confusing to me having no experience.

Secondly, what kind of program (I assume adobe has one) can I use once I am versed in thoes adobe/macromedia web development programs to manipulate and flow information from the online/stocking system databases into InDesign and Illustrator and Photoshop etc?

Basically I need to know what programs and information I need to know to be able to single handedly create, manipulate, change, and make: A website that is linked to our system and that can be used in conjunction with design programs for a catalog. I know it will be a lot but I have to learn it to make this work. AH its overwhelming. Thanks for your time!
