I have had experience with Action Computer Workshop, on Jimmy Carter in
Norcross. I shopped around several shops in the area and found the prices to
be similar (they all would match quotes) and I got Action to match the best
quote I had (from Hi-Q) and use a better motherboard -- an Asus instead of a
Shuttle, I think. After a few days the hard drive started to make some funny
noises, so I brought it in and they replaced it in a few hours. Also, the
power supply started acting up after a week or so. Again, they replaced it
quick, no questions asked. I was a bit disappointed to have to take it in
twice in a few weeks, but I do not think the trouble were their fault: just
bad components. They also allow a customer to install components or build
the whole thing on site, and they're there to help out if needed. My bottom
line: I got a fast pc as cheap as I could find, and I would go there again.
