Boot up Problem

I've installed Red-Hat 7.0 on my hdb. Recently, I just changed my Windows
section from ME to 98(hda). However, I lost my Linux boot up disk and the
Lilo is fail to load.

Is there any way for me to boot up my Linux without a startup disk? I've
tried to change my bios' boot setting, boot from the setup CD-ROM and use
\sbin\loader, but both didn't work.

I have impotant un-backup data in my Linux section. Please help me!
