I have a P3 750, 128 RAM, running ME that has a cable connection in my upsatirs room. Downstairs i have a 486, 550 MB HD , 16 megs RAM, I want to turn this into some sort of .mp3 machine that I will hook up to my stereo system. Since its limited by its hardware, it rules any forms of Windows out other than 3.1, which I do not want to use. Any suggestions on a form of Linux that could work with this, or would it at all be possible? Is Samba necessary? Thanks in advance Ryan
