Problems reading FAT32 partition

Hello folks I've got a small problem with my install of Mandrake 6.2
that I can't seem to solve. For some odd reason linux will not mount
my second FAT32 partition. I currently have 2 FAT32 partitions. The
first one is the primary Windows 98 partition that Linux reads/writes
to just fine. The second one is after the Linux partitions and Linux
will not read/write to it. Each time I try and mount it I get an error
message along the lines of "Error in mounting /mnt/DOS_hda6 bad
superblock, etc." I can get the the exact error message if needed.
Windows will read/write to the partition so I'm not sure what the heck
the problem is.

Thanks,

Chris
