This is done in the name server MX record.

/ ###########################################
	MX	10	linux.domainname.co.il.
	MX	20	backup.domainname.co.il.
/ ########################################

More than likely this is all you need. But it is possible the your mail
configuration needs to be tweaked after this to give permissions, etc. But
the default config is usually okay.
