The technique that I found to work is FIRST loading NT, then installing
Linux (redhat 6.1) on the remaining space (We used partition magic to size 2
gigs on a thinkpad) and install Linux on that partition and NOT load LiLo,
but create a boot disk. THen stripe the boot sector (using dd) from teh boot
diskette and place it on the Win NT C;\ root folder. Then edit boot.ini and
add Linux by directing the boot loader to the Linux boot file. This is
really shrt and the procedure is much longer. I HAVE seen it work. but it
was more complicated. It's kinda cool, using NT to boot Linux. (^_^)
