Does any one know of a website that can help this newbie(ME) with
Apache.

I have complete install of 1.3 but here is the error I receive.  

from error_log I get the following:
[Sat Jan 15 22:43:34 2000] [crit] (98)Address already in use: make_sock:
could not bind to port 80

What em I missing....???
