Here is some scoop (canada-style),

While at work today , our CFO, Michael O'Reilly, announced his
resignation. He told my section in a private meeting that his reason
for leaving is due to disagreements as to where the company is going.
At this point he mentioned that Matthew Szulik (ceo of redhat) would
be up later this week to meet with Cowpland.  The smoke screen that
Corel put up previously about not being interested in working w/
Redhat is false.  Our linux engineers have begun relationsw/ RH's
engineers and things are looking positive.  O'Reilly told us that
Cowpland will make an internal announcement in March and that it will
be in the press by end of March.  Corel and Redhat collaboration, this
is very interesting and we (in my section at least) are very excited!
RH is very impressed with our dist. of Linux and wants to get the ball
rolling.
