HELP, Setup a dial in PPP Server for my Linux Box

Hello Guys.

I'm new to Linux, but know enough to navigate thru it.

I was wanting to setup a Dial-In server (where ANYONE can login by calling
my computer, thru Passwords, and Usernames, and browse thru the Internet
Explorer/Netscape/or other browsers). I would like to know how to set this
up. so it will:
1. answer the phone, as a PPP connecton (so Win98 can dial in)
2. Ask for a Username/Password
3. Let them access the Main Web-Page (where I can put Downloads, Pics,
Stories, Info, Etc) through IE, or Netscape Browser.

If anyone is Smarter than me, Please E-Mail Me (I find it hard to find
messages with the Postings).


BTW, I'm using Mandrake 6.x, With a USR 56K Sportster Modem (ISA).

Also, I can Dial up my ISP thru kppp, but ONLY if I'm logged as root. How
can I change it so some people can access kppp?
