There is a book out called "Teach Yourself Linux in 24 Hours" that comes with a copy of Caldera OpenLinux that is fairly simple to install and IDG has a "Linux for Dummies" that includes a copy of Red Hat which is a pretty good install too, with a little more work. I recommend both books for reading, and for help with installation of Linux. Both RedHat and Caldera have websites that answer a lot of good questions. It's a good idea to write down all the info you can about your system before you start so that you can answer the questions about the it when the Linux program asks about it. Good luck.
