Hi, I just installed Mandrake onto my other system. It all appeared
to install fine. Linux boots and then greets me with the
K Desktop Environment [localhost]
screen.

it asks for the login and password.

I had choosen guest as my login and password as the password.

SInce this is a local system with no net connection or NIC installed
i'm not too worried about security at this time.

The problem comes in when I attempt to log in.

On

Login: guest
Password: password

then I get the error "LOGIN FAILED"

it't doesn't matter which session type I try, I still get no where.

If you have any suggestions I would greatly appreciate them'.

:-(
James
