Config sound and 3d card

HI everyone, just installed suse6.1 on a k6-300 but am have trouble with
certain things .... I cannot get my sound card and 3d card working.  I have
an old sound blaster 16 and my 3d card is a Pure3D 6mb.  I have been told
you just copy the appropiate filles across but where do i put them and if
they are there what do I do with them.
