Linux IMAP & M$ Outlook 98

I am trying to configure a Linux mail server's IMAP for use with
Netscape/Outlook on M$ Actually I already have those things running
but
there is a functionality
missing. I created an IMAP folder in Netscape and then tried to delete
it. Unfortunately I can't delete it. After some trouble shooting I
determined that it was definitely a mail server issue. I then found a
hidden file under my /usr/home/evan directory, .mailboxlist, which
contains a list of all my IMAP folders. If I delete the name of the
folder in there and remove the actual folder from /usr/home/evan then
the folder actually gets deleted from Netscape as well -which is cool.
So then what's the problem? Well while *I* can delete my
folders without a problem how can my users be able to delete them from
Outlook? I thought it may have been a rights thing so I have already
tried chmod-ing 777 the folder in question "test" in combination with
Trash (777) and the file .mailboxlist (777 ). Any Ideas on how Linux
is
blocking Netscape/Outlook from deleting IMAP folders and/or how to
change that?
