help wanted with installation

I am trying to install with the redhat set, but am getting error messages
when trying to start up.
When the kernel is loaded from floppy -even before installation from the
cd-rom- I get the following messages:
Unknown PCI device 1039:5600 read include/linux/pci.h
and another line in the same wording with address 1039:9
What do I have to do to get by this point?

Any help will be appreciated greatly.
