Does anyone know if they have changed anything in linux with mounting disks? I just installed RedHat 6.0, and I had been using Caldera OpenLinux 1.3. My Line in /etc/fstab was something like: /dev/fd0 /mnt/floppy auto user, noauto, defaults 0 0 This worked fine in Caldera, but is giving me nothing but headaches in RedHat. Also, I used /dev/hdd4 /mnt/ziplin ext2 user, noauto, defaults 0 0 /dev/hdd4 /mnt/zipdos ext2 user, noauto, defaults 0 0 to mount my Zip drive, but again it doesn't work. I would also like to add an entry to mount hfs (Mac) disks, but I don't know what entry to put for the file system. Any help at all would be much appreciated. Thanks, Ian R. Meinzen
