printer is printless!!

Hello I'm haveing printer problems If I  type    "ls >/dev/lp1" the
printer will print but if I type [ lpq ]  the message[ can not open
connection to 'ps@black.hole.sun' -connection refused. ] I can not get
any thing anything else to print I have a    24 pin citizen printer
1.3 cal    233 AMD    64 mb ram
I have tried different printers with lisa and printtool I think it has
something to do with the network address but I don't know how or what
file to edit.
