HELP! I have a cable modem that requires dialing a local access number to upstream and downstream is through the cable system. it is connected with a pci net card. I can't manage to make it dial and connect. It connected once during boot up. the phone number and user name and password seem to be set up in the modem because the single time it did connect i was logged on correctly. lpieroth@rcn.com
