x-windows and new fonts

I have installed new fonts for netscape, but I have to write ,on the text
mode,
two commands before they are active ,the commands are:
xset fp+ /root/fonts/Type1
xset fp rehash

how can I run this two lines automatically when I startx? or when I open the
netscape?
I am using RedHat 5.2 on AMD k6II 300
