Yes, its not that difficult(after some practice!). I have Win95, NT4.0 and Redhat 5.2 and boot each from the NT boot loader. I presume you already have NT installed. Is your boot partition Fat16 ? If so proceed, if not I think you are stuck. You need to install Linux as,( for example with Redhats install), a custom install, run through it as to the instrucrtions, then when you come to the LILO part, choose to install it on the linux boot drive, NOT the MBR. Then make a boot disk and use it to start Linux. In linux type the following statment: dd if=/dev/hda2 of=/bootsect.lnx bs=512 count=1 (where /dev/hda(number) is the boot partition for Linux) This makes a file called bootsect.lnx which you need to copy to a dos floppy (make sure mtools is installed, it is with redhat) mcopy /bootsect.lnx a: Then place that in your C: drive and add a line to your Boot.ini c:\BOOTSECT.LNX="Linux" thats it when you reboot you will have a Linux option from NTs boot loader.
