I'm a total newbie to linux, (new job), and already we are having a problem
with the backups.  We use taper and for some reason the backup hasn't been
running properly on our server for about 6 months.

When we look at the tape it tries to build an info file but asks for tape 2.
There is no tape 2 though?

Any help on setting the backup to work properly and how to restore from our
tapes would be very appreciated.
