Linux on 2nd hard disk: help

Hi

I am about to put a second hard disk in my computer, and want to
install Linux on it. Here is the question: if I install Partition
magic on my main hard disk (the one with Win98 on it) will Boot
Manager which comes with Partition Magic, will it detect my second
hard disk (the Linux one) and allow me the option of booting either.
If there are any FAQ`s about doing the above, to point me in the
direction of them would be a great help. Thank in advance.

Pall
