Boot with a windows boot disk, fdisk/format the hard disk or something?
I don't know if it's possible to see your HD in Fdisk...

If that doesnt work, try to install windows on another computer, put the
linux HD in the Win computer, install partition magic 4 on the win computer.
With PM4 you can remove linux partitions, that way you can make a FAT32 or
FAT16 disk of your Linux drive.

I have no experience with linux but this sounds like the first thing I would
do : ).
