HELP! Have loaded Red Hat 5.0 twice w\same outcome both times. I thought I could get away from the dreaded BSOD that so amuses the NT crowd, but so far have only been able to change the 'B' from blue to black! I get a blinking cursor on a black screen when attempting to boot. If I use the boot & supplemental diskettes I can get to a blue screen with a # prompt but cannot get into /. I get a 'permission denied' statement. More info is in the 'Newbie & Red Hat 5.0 message posted 1/23. If anyone can help I sure would appreciate a reply. TIA...Matt
