Adding programs to FVWM2 start menu

Can anyone explain how to add non-RPM installed programs to the fvwm2
start menu? I just downloaded Word Perfect 8 and it's a pain changing to
it's directory and using ./xwp to start it. I tried adding it to the xfm
applications menu but have not had any success. Any help would be
greatly appreciated.
