Netscape updates to different directory

Installed RedHat 5.1 which installed Netscape 4.05. Downloaded newer version
4.08 and the automatic install put it in a completely different place. I am
not aware of "uninstalls" or how to point to the newer version from the
dropdown on the desktop under the GUI. Any ideas. At least I got my
roadrunner cable modem working and does it scream.
