Depends entirely upon what Linux CD you have. The directories you
will need depending upon the Linux version on the cd.

Okay, I know the basic idea here, you can get a little program called
loadlin (it should be on your CD), you can use it to boot a kernal
image (which is mainly what you need the floppy disks for), and from
there you should just be able to use the CD-ROM for install.

If the Hardware has a "Made for Win95" sticker on it, you probably
will not get it to run. However, I would do a search through the
linux drivers database (available at all good Linux mirror sites) for
your card. Failing that, is it NE2000 Compatible? If so, just use
the default Linux Driver for the NE2000 card, you will need to parse
to the driver the Memory Base address (it ranges from 220h through to
380h, in groups of 20h), you should be able to get that info off the
network cards setup disk.
