As of this response I got extremely pissed off and reloaded win98
instead of ME which was a problem for some games.

I am sticking to win98 until I can get this problem worked out fully.

The reason is I spent my sick weekend doing a personal installfest. I
downloaded Rh7 and installed. Upon install it detected everything,
except the generic monitor.

After install it went into panic

Here's the Panic
