I just installed RedHat 7 on my machine. Set the screen resolution to
800 x 600 during the install. Now I find that many of the gnome forms
have buttons that I can't get to because they are below the bottom of
my display area. I've looked in my books and the gnome configuration
applets. Can't find any reference to changing screen resolution. Do
I need to reinstall?

Hi There

Try going into /usr/X11R6 and typing in Xconfigurator from your root login.
this will elt you reset your monitor resolutions.
You should know the make and model of you grpahics card and the RAM.
If you've got a high amount of memory on you card, just select the 24bit
settings you are given.
I selected the 1024x860 on all three colums , 8, 16 and 24 bit and I got a
"mucky screen" so keep playing about with it until you get the right one.

Good Luck
