Hello All,

Im a Linux newbie, I just installed linux on my system. I used
Netscape 4.0. I noticed that the fonts in Netscape don't look as sharp or
crisp as in Microsoft window. Is there something I can do to improve the
look of the fonts? The fonts are unreadable on some websites that us small
fonts.

Thanks in advance
Kevin

it kinda depends on what distribution you are using, but some (like SuSE)
have a great ttf and postscript renderer that anti-aliases fonts. However,
standard X11 fonts look cruddy on there own. If you goto www.freshmeat.net,
there's a really good font renderer called ttfserv I do believe. Mandrake
has it.
