I am running Red Hat 6.1 and would like to configure it to use multiple display devices. I am looking to drive 3-5 different display monitors that will allow me to move and share programs between them. I have looked around and cannot find any support for multiple monitors. If anyone has achieved this, i would love to hear about it. Thanks!

Neat idea.. It would be REAL COOL if the 4 virtual displays in Xwin mapped to 4 different Monitors... NEAT!!.. you'll have urself a 17 x 4 = 68" display!!!!!! under $1500 ... wow! -- FARAZ KHAN H (607) 273-1780 C (607) 280 7025 frk2@Cornell.edu Ryan Condon <rcondon@emc.com> wrote in message news:20000712.4224900@lad0123.lss.emc.com... That's exactly what i am trying to do. I want to have 4 different monitors share the same workspace. This will allow dragging applications between the displays and also occupy all 4 monitors with one application. It's possible with Unix and Windows 2000 - why not Linux? >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Original Message <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< On 7/13/00, 8:00:46 AM, "faraz khan" <frk2@cornell.edu> wrote regarding Re: Support for multiple monitors: > Neat idea..
