as far as i know what you could try is to install windows on that HD and
then try it on some bios as windows will destroy any linux partion ( windows
no like linux ) but i dont think that a linux partion would make it self so
that it cant be seen ( i am only new to linux so i may not be right )

Yes of course because windows doesn't see linux partitions, but fdisk 
can see them and CAN DETROY them!!!!! they aren't dos partition

Yes, windows can't see linux but linux can.
You can use windows files under linux, it's very easy, you have just 
to do is to mount your win partition
