hi guys I need your help the fstab file in my /etc directory has been corrupted and is now blank. Linux will not boot to run level3. Infact it boots to a single user read only file system mode. I cannot edit anyfiles on my box. I cannot run fsck as it says that the fsck passno is missing from the fstab file. I have tried running fsconf in an attempt to rebuild the fstab file without success. Does anybody know how to resolve this.?? Any suggestions would be appreciated Regards Ruari Jansen
