I'm looking for a way of connecting to a Samba Server from within a DOSEmu session. I've got DOS access from a network PC using the Microsoft Client but this does not seem t support packet drivers. The reason, in case anyone is interested is that DOSEmu does not seem to support record locking. I've even tried using the netware file service but this also does not provide locking. I need to syncronise access from LAN workstations and telnet sessions running dosemu with record locking. This seems like the only way. If I could get MS networking to support packet drivers I can use the virtual networking and DHCP server to supply IP addresses as a seperate segment and I should be ok Any ideas? Alex Griffiths
