I had Linux 6.o loaded on my 486 machine and ppp was workin great. I then loaded it on my pentium machine instead and now I get "kernal does not support ppp". I have read the ppp help files and nothing they say to do works; like ./configure (get no directory or filename), ppp.txt patch ( the source or target files do not exist). Any advice, or instructions?? Help Please eric

Any advice, or instructions?? Try recompiling the kernel with the ppp option. -- Vikram.V.Asrani (vikram@eecs.umich.edu)
