It was very good reading, unfortunately it was concentrating on ANTITRUST and not the contempt case. It is interesting to note that it says... "Jackson has left it to a special master -- Harvard law professor Lawrence Lessig -- to interpret the conflict in the consent decree between the "integrated products" provision and another provision barring Microsoft from forcing PC makers to accept non-Windows products as a condition of receiving a license to install Windows in their computers. Lessig is scheduled to report back to Jackson in May." This is far from the powerless "Special Master" that the DOJ, and the Judge, are contenting lessig is. If Microsoft is breaking the law, charge them with the law they broke. Do not twist a simple contempt charge into something it is not. BTW, people have been asking us to refrain from spamming the world with these arguments. I suggest that we should try to limit where we start new threads. My Opinion, David Petticord
