Hi, my name is Kim Reynolds.  I am an RN who has become burned out in my =
profession.  I love nursing, but I hate what is happening to the medical =
field.  It has changed from the healing arts to big business.  Good =
business does not equal good medical care.  I was constantly in fear for =
the patients who are losing needed services in the event that hospitals =
want to save/make money.  Lives have become dispensible and that is not =
why I became a nurse.  I became a nurse to help people, not to run from =
room to room to make sure that no one has died on my shift.  That's the =
way it is in hospitals right now.  Nursing staff is less than half of =
what it was 5 years ago, and the patient numbers have not changed that =
much.  This is quite evident with Columbia who is under investigation =
right now for sacrificing lives to save money. =20
    The point of all this is that I was searching for a way to earn =
money and stay at home with my children.  And have enough of myself left =
to really be with them (nursing wore me out and I was too tired to enjoy =
my time at home).  I fell into this company that I am sending you a link =
to on the internet, and I am amazed at the results.  I quit my job and I =
am devoting myself to this full time.  I believe in this company that =
much!  I am now making more than I was working full time in nursing and =
my goal is to be making my annual salary monthly by next April.    You =
