Hi all in my 133mHz i have 2 HDs one 800mb running on win98 and is running fine. The other one is 3gb and is on Linux red hat, I don't know how to use Linux. Since I don'twant it in my pc I want to eliminate/format it and install win98. Please can anyone tell me how to format the one on Linux. Take into consideration the fact that I can't see the Linux from win98. thanks

If this were me, and I am no expert, but I would disable the win98 drive (ie. unplug the IDE cable and power cable from the back of the drive.), reboot your system, go into your bios and set the boot priority to CD-ROM, put your win 98 CD in the drive, and let the win98 cd do it's magic. You may have to run fdisk to delete any existing partitions and to create a new primary. Win98 will complain during the installation if there is a partition problem, usually so just look out for a message. I hope that helps!
