hi there I have installed mandrake 8.1 and cant get any sound . The sound
card is an anolg devices ad1816  isa card .I have diabled the BIOS pnp ,run
sndconfig  and it will recognise the card but that is all .I have run
pnpdump and tried to edit parimeters but to no avail . Can anybody help out
there
