hello all,
    i am using Mandrake8.0. i installed some software packages. one of them
was is hanging up the system when the kernel is loading it while rebooting.
Any idea, how i can stop kernel from loading it???

is there a spot during the load when the system instructs you to Press I for
interactive startup?

Hrmm, didn't know a reboot was required for non-kernel based software!
