During the installation, in recommended mode (at least in the Mandrake Distribution) you can choose to install on top of an exsisting Windows partition. Choose this, and continue with installation. It will resize an unused portion of your windows partition to make space for Linux. Make sure you backup all data you wouldn't want lost before you even go through with installation. It would be a good idea to use Symantec Ghost to do this with. The installation will ask you later on how large you want the partition for Linux, and give you a chance to resize it. > Hi, > Does anyone know a way to do a dual boot with Windows 2000 and > Linux? > Email me or post a message. > > Please Help, > Coolen > >
