Can any one give me the exact address for downloading a copy of Linux
Mandrake 8.0 or even better does any one know where I can get a cheap copy
on CD? I only have a 56K modem and I'm not sure if Mandrake will suit my
needs yet.

Thanks in advance

Try www.linuxemporium.co.uk they may export to your far off shores. 6.50
for the two disc set, in the UK anyway. Don't think much of your chances
with a 56k modem, I'm afraid.
